We have used BTU for about 3 years now. We previously employed a "one man band" but unfortunately whilst there was no problem with servicing the pool and various other minor tasks, he would often have to sub-contract to carry out the larger works which lead to increased costs and longer lead times. I had BTU recommended from a friend and learned that they have a workforce of over 10 engineers and have had several projects carried out since including a slatted cover which was installed quickly and without fuss.
